SI5345B-B11069-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. In this clock generator, CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. 350MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
