SI5345B-B05419-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
