SI5345A-D08166-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 1028MHz can be produced. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
