SI5344B-D08712-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 44 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage.
