SI5342B-D06567-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V.
