SI5342B-B-GM Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 44 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY.
