This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. Synthesi712.5MHzing a clock output frequency of 712.5MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
