Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator.
