In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V.
