SI5341C-D-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. There are 64 terminations found in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.028GHz is available. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.47V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
