SI5341B-D11051-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V.
