SI5341B-D10918-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 64 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency.
