The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
