SI5341B-D07429-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
