As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V.
