Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. There are 64 terminations found in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer.
