SI5341A-D08519-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 1028MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
