This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V.
