SI5341A-A-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 64 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 712.5MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.47V supply voltage provided. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. PLL is designed with 64 pins. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3V for high efficiency. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 10 signal outputs. For its full function, a supply current of 98mA is required.
