The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C.
