Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are a total of 44 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 1028MHz can be produced. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
