SI5335D-B09095-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
