SI5335D-B09010-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
