SI5335D-B08716-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
