This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required.
