SI5335D-B08674-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
