SI5335D-B08133-GMR Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
