SI5335D-B08029-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
