This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage.
