SI5335D-B07574-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
