Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
