SI5335D-B07374-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
