SI5335D-B07139-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
