SI5335D-B06990-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
