The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
