SI5335D-B06723-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
