SI5335D-B06509-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
