SI5335D-B05861-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
