SI5335D-B05682-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
