SI5335D-B05556-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
