SI5335D-B05484-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
