SI5335D-B05338-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
