SI5335D-B05330-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
