SI5335D-B04775-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
