SI5335D-B04729-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
