SI5335D-B04562-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
