SI5335D-B04546-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
