SI5335D-B04498-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
