SI5335D-B04426-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
