Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
